Everything you need to know about Auto Sync

What happens if a song doesn't exist on the destination platform?
Soundiiz matches tracks using metadata (title, artist, album). If a song isn't available on the destination platform, it will be skipped, but you'll see exactly which tracks couldn't be matched in your sync report.
Can auto-sync create duplicates in my playlists?
No. Soundiiz checks for existing tracks before syncing and only adds new ones. If a track is already in the destination playlist, it won't be duplicated.
Can I sync multiple playlists to multiple platforms at once?
Yes! Each sync slot connects one playlist between two platforms. With Premium you get multiple sync slots, and with Creator you get even more, plus the option to purchase additional ones.
How soon after adding a track is my playlist synced?
It depends on the sync frequency you've configured. You can set it to sync every few hours, daily, or weekly. Soundiiz checks for changes at each interval and updates the destination playlist automatically.
How does the sync direction work?
Each sync runs from one source playlist to one destination. You can sync the same source to multiple destinations by setting up several sync slots. Each destination receives its own independent copy. Note that each sync slot uses one source and one destination.
