How does Soundiiz transfer playlists?

Soundiiz reads the playlist on your source service and uses track metadata such as the title, artist, and album to find corresponding tracks in the destination catalog. Tracks that are unavailable or cannot be matched are listed in the transfer report.

Is Soundiiz safe?

Soundiiz connects through the authorization methods offered by each music service, and access can be revoked from the service account settings. Soundiiz is operated in France and follows GDPR requirements. Learn more about security and privacy.

Can I use Soundiiz for a one-time transfer?

Yes. With Soundiiz Free, you can transfer as many playlists as you want, one at a time. You can select up to 200 tracks from each playlist, even if it contains more. The first 200 tracks are selected by default, and you can change the selection before starting. The limit applies separately to each playlist and is not cumulative. Batch transfers require a paid plan.

How do I cancel my Soundiiz subscription?

Does Soundiiz remove my playlists and favorites from the source platform?

No. A transfer copies matched playlists and supported favorites to the destination service. It does not delete or modify the source collection.
