Is Soundiiz free?
Yes! Soundiiz offers a free plan with no time limit. You can connect all your music platforms, browse your collections, and transfer playlists one by one (up to 200 tracks per playlist). For unlimited transfers and advanced features, check out our Premium and Creator plans.
What's the difference between Premium and Creator?
Premium gives you unlimited transfers, batch operations, auto-sync, favorites management, and priority support. Creator includes everything in Premium plus advanced Smartlinks analytics, custom Smartlink URLs, no Soundiiz branding on Smartlinks, and more sync slots. Creator is designed for playlist curators, artists, and labels.
Can I subscribe for just one month?
Absolutely. If you only need a one-time transfer, you can subscribe to a monthly plan and cancel right after. You'll keep access to all paid features until the end of your billing period.
Will my music be deleted from the source platform?
No, never. Soundiiz only copies your data: playlists, favorites, albums, artists, from one platform to another. Nothing is modified or deleted on the source service.
How many songs and playlists can I transfer?
With the free plan, you can transfer one playlist at a time, up to 200 tracks. With Premium or Creator, Soundiiz has no limits on its side. Some destination platforms may have their own playlist size or library limits, but you can transfer your entire library (playlists, albums, artists, tracks) in batch.
What happens to my playlists if I cancel?
Your transferred playlists stay on the destination platform forever, they're yours. You only lose access to Premium features like auto-sync and batch operations. You can always re-subscribe later.
What is Auto Sync and how does it work?
Auto Sync keeps a playlist automatically updated between two platforms. When you add or remove a track on one side, Soundiiz syncs the change to the other. You choose the frequency and direction. It's included in Premium (limited slots) and Creator (more slots, with the option to purchase additional ones).
Which music services are supported?
Soundiiz supports 40+ music streaming services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, TIDAL, Qobuz, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, Beatport, Audiomack, Napster, Pandora, and many more. We regularly add new platforms.
